Pia Heldermann studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Since 2008 she is working as a lawyer and is admitted as a member of the Bar Association in Berlin.
After years of working for a well-known media law firm, she joined a law firm with a stronger focus in intellectual property law and dealt primarily with clients in the areas of copyright, unfair competition law as well as internet and IT law.
For freigutpartners, Pia Heldermann advises clients in the areas of unfair competition and copyright law, in particular with a cross-border dimension Germany – Switzerland and vice versa. Moreover, she runs her own law firm in Berlin and focuses herself on media-specific topics of copyright, media and unfair competition law in practice of the virtual legal world.
