Ulrike Rudolph studied biology in Heidelberg and did her doctorate at the Institute of Cell Biology at the University of Heidelberg. She then worked for two years as a research assistant at the Medical Faculty Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology and at the Pharmacological Institute of the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg as part of a grant from the German Research Foundation DFG.

After her training and admission as a German patent attorney, Ulrike Rudolph founded her own law firm in 1994. In addition to her admission as a German patent attorney, Ulrike Rudolph is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office EPO (“European Patent Attorney”) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office EUIPO (“European Trademark and Design Attorney”) and represents clients there as well as before the International Office for Intellectual Property (OMPI/WIPO).

For freigutpartners, Ulrike Rudolph advises clients in the field of patent law, in particular in the technology area of life science (biology, medicine, pharmacology).
