Hanne-Lore Gertsch provides comprehensive advice to clients in the areas of trademark, design, copyright and art law as well as related contractual and strategic issues. In trademark law proceedings, she represents clients before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Federal Administrative Court.
As an expert at the Impact Hub Bern, Hanne-Lore Gertsch also advises local start-ups in intellectual property and contract law issues. On the other hand, she has proven expertise in international trademark law, particularly through her cooperation with foreign lawyers and the resulting coordination of international proceedings.
Furthermore, Hanne-Lore Gertsch has been working for many years as a legal advisor for a well-known artist company. In addition to her knowledge of art law, she has acquired a strong practical orientation on the international art market and is in constant demand as an expert.
Hanne-Lore Gertsch studied law at the University of Berne and completed her master’s degree (MLaw with specialisation in private law) in 2011.
