Dominic Ruh has many years of experience in advising and representing clients in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular in the fields of trademark and design law. He represents clients from Switzerland and abroad before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Federal Administrative Court.
In addition, he has proven expertise in copyright, advertising and art law. Dominic Ruh advises and assists national and international artists, auction houses and museums. Since 2008 Dominic Ruh has also been a guest lecturer at the Bern University of the Arts (HKB) and regularly gives lectures in the areas of music and art law.
Furthermore, as an expert of the Impact Hub Bern, he advises young entrepreneurs in the field of intellectual property law and related fields of law.
Dominic Ruh studied law at the Universities of Berne and Fribourg in the Üechtland.
